At particularly difficult times in our lives, we can struggle to think positively.
I am someone is massively guilty of being a negative thinker. I always think the worst and I am hugely self critical. I’m also very self conscious, even when I’m completely alone.
The thought of talking to myself makes me cringe, but recently I’ve been trying to speak to myself more positively. Not out loud, but in my head, and it’s definitely helping me feel more balanced.
