Valentines Day is just days away, a day which typically involves indulgence, and those with allergies should not miss out! I’ve got some free from Valentines inspiration for you all…
Dairy, soya, gluten, wheat and egg free chocolate coated strawberries.
My favorite sweet treat of them all is chocolate coated strawberries, and if you have allergies you can enjoy them too! This plain chocolate from Tesco is allergy friendly (may contain nuts and milk) and is still as flavorsome and indulgent as milk chocolate.
Zesty strawberry smoothie.
Perfect for anyone on a health kick! This smoothie packs a punch and has a beautiful colour.
You’ll need –
5/6 medium-large strawberries.
A handful of raspberries.
250ml coconut milk.
1 tsp Sweet Freedom Choc Shot.
A dash of vanilla essence.
Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, serve over ice for a healthy Valentine’s treat.
