A Little Bit Of Me Time With Olverum Bath Oil.

Self care is something I promote massively. It is so important to look after our physical and mental health. I’m always on the look out products that will aid my relaxation. A product I hadn’t heard of until recently is Olverum bath oil, I was offered the chance to try it out and I couldn’t wait to see if it helped me unwind at the end of a tough day.

Olverum bath oil claims to be magic in a bottle, and I was intrigued to discover whether or not I agreed. Once the children were in bed one Sunday evening I put Olverum to the test. I simply added 1 teaspoon of Olverum bath oil to a drawn bath, lit a candle and allowed my relaxation to begin.

Olverum bath oil smells truly incredible, which for me is very important. I always have candles burning and I’m a sucker for a plug-in air freshener. Fragrance helps me to relax. The Olverum blend has extracts from 10 aromatic plants with therapeutic benefits including siberian fir needle, lavandin, eucalyptus, lemon, rosemary, exotic verbena, true lavender and lime.

Many products claim to be relaxing, but only a few actually are. Olverum really is one of those products. It’s the best bath product I have ever used to aid relaxation, I completely switched off and fell asleep 20 minutes after getting out, it usually takes me hours to nod off!

This long-lasting, beautifully scented product is exactly what I needed. My whole body relaxed. Olverum eased my aching muscles and allowed all of the built up tension within me to dissipate.

Olverum is available in a variety of sizes. The 125ml bottle is £29.00 and is enough for 25 baths. The 250ml size costs £53 and is enough for 50 baths. You can also purchase a travel set for £19 which is enough for 9 baths. Main stockists of Olverum are Liberty London, Conran, Harvey Nichols and Fenwick.

Olverum very kindly sent me a bottle of Olverum bath oil to try in return for an honest review. All views and opinions are my own.
